The hotel is conveniently located close to St Armand's Circle, which is great for shopping and dining. However, my experience with the rooms wasn't ideal due to issues like cigarette smoke in the ventilation and a leaky fridge. The service varied from being generous to feeling rushed, and the dining costs felt quite high for what we received.
